The Juul Class Action Settlement email from [email protected] is legit. It’s not a phishing scam as you feared. The email that says ‘In re Juul Labs Inc. Settlement Administrator Paid you‘ was sent out on October 21st to people who filed for the Juul Class Action Settlement.

Whats the Juul Class Action Settlement About?

The class action alleges that customers paid more for JUUL products than they otherwise would have paid if accurate information concerning the products’ addictiveness and safety had been provided. Also, that JUUL products were unlawfully marketed to minors.

If you submitted a valid claim and haven’t received a payout yet call the support number listed on their website or your claim confirmation email. Find out if your claim was approved, denied, or awaiting more documentation. The customer service rep will ask for your information while they pull up your claim. 

How Much Payout Should You Expect?

Presently, members of the class action lawsuit have received a single of minimum $300 and maximum $5000. Those who received higher than $300 had submitted additional documentation like receipts and invoices

If you’re having difficulty receiving your settlement via Venmo, PayPal or Mastercard even after receiving the settlement email, it means your email isn’t verified. Contact support.
