By Samantha Nov12,2024

Are you searching for novahubshop.com reviews? This post is for you. Since early November, Google users have been searching for details about the online store. This was after they saw an Ad for its Smart AI Planter ‘Plantagotchi”.

In my research, I looked at the website, the products, and other details. My findings reveal novahubshop.com is an untrustworthy online store. I advise users not to shop. The might receive faulty inferior products or nothing at all.

A Full Glance at Novahubshop.com

Nova Hub Shop is an ecommerce platform that sells pet toys and smart gadgets. The store is presently trending due to its 50% off summer sale on the Smart AI Planter ‘Plantagotchi’. This might look like a great bargain but it really isn’t. Points to consider –

Absence of Business Address – This often indicates the online store is operating offshore (China or Korea) Hence, the order would take months to be delivered.

Unusable – There are complaints that the Mobile App that controls the Smart Planter has been removed from App Store. Without an App, Plantagotchi is almost useless.

Unfair Pricing – Nova Hub Shop claims its original price is $94.99 which it says is 45% off. But on Amazon.com the Smart AI Planter sells for $78 – $80. The price difference isn’t much but it’s better and safer shopping from a reputable online store like Amazon which guarantees delivery and returns.

Unfavorable Return Policy – Novahubshop doesn’t offer return labels. Customers have to pay exorbitant shipping cost back to China.

What You Should Before Shopping From Novahubshop.com

Lack of Information

One of the first red flags on novahubshop.com is the lack of clear information about the company’s founders, its headquarters, and address. Legitimate businesses typically provide a transparent background, whereas businesses with limited public information often raise concerns.

Upon checking the domain age, novahubshop was registered recently (September 2024). New domains are not necessarily scams, but they warrant extra caution due to limited historical data.

Unverified Reviews

Nova Hub Shop boasts of thousands of positive reviews, but these reviews can’t be found elsewhere. It’s unlikely for an online store to have only great reviews. It’s also unusual that no one amongst the claimed happy customers bothered to leave a review online.

Poor Customer Support

The site only offers an email address for enquiries. There’s no live chat or telephone number available to contact the business. Users of the site have reported delayed responses or no follow-up to their inquiries.

Doesn’t Accept PayPal

Lack of option for secured payment method raises a concern. Without PayPal, refund requests could be ignored by the store.

Might Shut Down Anytime Soon

The website would expire in September 2025. This indicates it was created for a short term plan. Reputable websites typically register domains for multiple years, indicating stability and a commitment to their business.

Copied Content

The content on the website are generic. The About Us, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been copied. Legitimate business always source and provide their own legal pages in order to protect both the business and customers right.
