Can Fancy Drops Really Change Your Eye Color- Fake Claims And Deceptive Marketing

By maria Jul22,2024

Can you really change your brown eyes to blue eyes? Fancy drops make a lot of claims with no results to back it up. We came across viral TikTok videos of people who have tried this product and discovered that it does not live up to the hype.

Fancy Drops

The Truth About Fancy Drops

Fancydrops.com sells fancy drops for £40 a bottle. The company claims that these drops contain N-acetylglucosamine, which will change your eye color by lightening and reducing melanin production.

They make promises they can’t keep, claiming you’ll see results in 5 months, but they only give a one-month guarantee. The drops can damage, irritate, and completely mess up your natural vision.

Does The Fancy Drops Work

No they don’t work. The drops can’t even reach the part of the eye that changes color. They don’t go deeper than the eye membrane to get to the iris.

It’s just misleading marketing that made the drops popular, but there’s nothing fancy about the brand or the product itself.

Issues with “Crystal Eye Drops” Company

Ineffective Product

The company’s eye color changing drops, once called “Crystal Eye Drops,” don’t work as promised. Many reviews say that the drops didn’t change their eye color at all. A customer said

I been using this product for about a month, i have not seen no results, i think its a scam at this point, buyers beware!!!

Fake Before and Afters

There are no genuine before and after photos to support the product’s effectiveness. Instead, the company uses videos with unrealistic filters. In some videos, you can even see the original blue eyes beneath the filter.

Poor Customer Service

The company is based in China and sends all orders there, If you try to get your money back, they block you and you don’t get a refund.

Ignoring Complaints

When customers give helpful feedback, the company ignores them and doesn’t fix the problems with the product.

What Do Experts Have To Say

When we reached out to an optometrist, they told us that this product is a scam and that no eye drops can change your eye color.

The chemicals in this product can cause severe damages to the eye, possible leading to glaucoma or even blindness. This product has already been banned in many European countries.

Our Review

Fancy drops does not work as advertised. The manufacturers never explain the “proven science” behind the drops. I did a reverse image search on some review photos, and they all came from generic sales sites.

We couldn’t find any positive reviews for this product on platforms like Trustpilot. Most reviews seem to be just marketing and advertising. Real customers are either upset that the product doesn’t work as promised or experience problems with bright light after using it. Our advice, DO NOT PUT ANYTHING IN YOUR EYES THAT IS NOT APPROVED BY YOUR DOCTOR.
