Details About MarvelOptics.com

MarvelOptics.com is a website that offers prescription glasses. The glasses usually cost between $50 to $400 depending on the number of glasses. When you order and decide to cancel, they charge a 20% cancellation fee.

We ordered prescription goggles with tinted lenses, but they arrived with clear lenses because of a mistake. The return process was confusing with multiple conflicting shipping labels and poor customer service.

We found many negative reviews from others with similar or worse issues. We decided to keep the clear lenses rather than deal with more problems trying to return them.

Before You Buy From MarvelOptics.com: Here Is All You Need To Know

The website promises 14 business days to make and ship the glasses. However, there are complaints all over Reddit and BBB that it takes up to 3-4 weeks to receive orders.

Poor Quality Glasses

The company sends poor quality of glasses which is a far cry from what they market on their website and ads. They are made cheaper than the ones you can pick up at the local drug store or Walmart.

They offer partial refunds, If you’re not happy with your purchase, you’ll only get a 50% refund or a 75% refund as credit towards a future order.

Our Review

Don’t bother with buying glasses from MarvelOptics.com; it’s not worth it. If you even receive your glasses, The frames are not as pictured as well. They look completely different from the lens quality pictured on their website. The company also has terrible customer service and the product itself is subpar.
