Having made an error with my order Akusoli phoned me to apologise. Not only have they arranged for a full refund but the 4 pairs of insoles (I only ordered one) have already been shipped and have said I can keep them as a gift.
I am extremely disappointed with this company. At 10.34am on the 7th August I made my order for the insoles, what I didn’t realise their site is already set up to order L/XL. Once I realise the error, and I needed to reset the size that was already pre-empted for L/XL and I wanted S/M. I immediately emailed customer support, whom at 12.26pm replied it was too late as their warehouse had sorted my order, but to reassure me I would I like my purchase. This would be very difficult when the item is far too big, such a lack of understanding.
