Breezy Comfort Portable AC (Review & Red Flags)

By Samantha Jun25,2024

Breezy Comfort portable AC is marketed as an affordable and efficient air conditioner compared to traditional air conditioners.  If you’re considering giving Breezy Comfort a test, here’s a breakdown what you should know;

  • It isn’t a unique product. The Breezy Comforts AC is currently sold under different names;  etc.
  • It doesn’t work as advertised.
  • There’s no money back guarantee when you buy this cooling device
  • Return and Refund isn’t available.

So How does the BrAce really work?

However, having bought and tested similar portable AC branded as ‘Frost Blast Pro’ I’m here to reveal the pros and cons of BreezyComfort, exposing the hidden lies.

The Truth About Breezy Comfort AC

The BreezyComfort is not a new invention as claimed by its various Ads on Facebook and Instagram. The commercial states that the device was invented by a NASA engineer but this is false. From the images shown on the Ads it looks exactly like Frost Blast Pro which is actually manufactured in China.

Breezy Comfort is an evaporative cooler which by spraying water into the air to humidify the surrounding. This is why it works with an ice tray which you have to fill with water, place in a refrigerator, before putting it inside the device. This is what it uses to blow cool air.

What to Expect When You Buy The Breezy Comfort Portable AC

When you place an order for Breezy Comfort AC you should expect it to arrive between 2-3 weeks. This is because the product is shipped from China, and the website selling the AC just acts as a middle man between you the buyer and the company mass-producing it. In some cases, the ‘portable AC’ wouldn’t be branded or would carry the label of another product, eg -Oribreeze, Outfany, etc.

You should notice a low humming when you switch on the BreezyComfort, unlike the ‘noise-free operation’ claimed. Also, the battery life isn’t durable, instead of 10hrs as advertised, you’d get 6hrs if fully charged.

During use, the BreezyComfort would only make the area surrounding it cooler not the entire room. It lacks the capacity to cool an entire room, and would only work best in closed spaces like cabin, work station, etc.

Meanwhile, the water tank is too small and needs constant refilling, lasting only a couple of hours.

Is the Breezy Comfort AC a Scam?

The Breezy Comfort portable AC isn’t really a scam perse, but it’s sold with false advertising and claims. It is been advertised as an ‘Air conditioner’ whereas it is just a swamp cooler. It’s not powerful enough to cool large rooms, and it’s overpriced.

Exact mini air coolers are actually worth $30 – $40 and not valued at $100+ or sold for $80+. The only advantage of BreezyComfort AC is that it consumes less electricity than traditional air conditioners. Also, it is quite easy to use.

How To Use

Place on a flat surface, Fill up the reservoir at the side, close the lid after filling the water. Then, plug the AC in a power socket or USB port.

Add water or ice after every 20 – 30 minutes. This is because it uses water and evaporation to cool.
