In this review, I’ll share my thoughts on the product’s performance, shipping, and the red flags I found during the course of my research.

My experience Using The Cozy Luna Makeup Brush Cleaner
After about three weeks, my product got delivered and I was excited to try it out.
I wasn’t really impressed with the overall output of this product. First of all, it took a while to turn on and then it barely had any movement as advertised by the brand.
The force of the swirling water was almost nonexistent and after the cleaning session, I brought out my brushes and the makeup products were still very much on them. I had to go through the traditional process of cleaning them by hand on the sink.
Furthermore, I was only able to use this cleaner twice. Once when I had great hopes for the output and the second time when I was giving it the benefit of the doubt. On the third time, it totally refused to turn on and I was hugely disappointed. This has been both a waste of money and resources.
Suffice to say, my experience with this product has been nothing short of awful and I won’t be patronizing the brand again.
Is Cozy Luna Makeup Brush Cleaner A Scam?
This same cleaner is sold for about $10 on Aliexpress which shows that this product is a drop-shipping scam commonly referred to as a cash-grab-scam.
Red Flags Of This Product
Brand information:
There is little to no information about this brand even on their website. This lack of transparency is a major red flag as legitimate brands always have information about them readily available.
Insane discounts:
The brand offers insane discounts which cannot be found on legitimate websites. This ridiculous price slash only serves as a means to lure unsuspecting victims to make purchases.
Location:
This brand is located and ships products from somewhere in China but claims to be located in the United States. They have no affiliation to the US and UK but use these marketing gimmicks to target people of these regions.
Customer reviews:
Despite this brand claims of having over 200 satisfied customers, there no proof of these “happy customers” on any other platform apart from the reviews that seem fabricated on their website.
Generic content and images:
Images used on the brands website can be found on other websites and e-commerce stores. This shows that the product isn’t originally theirs to begin with. This is a standard switch-and-bait technique.
False endorsements:
The brand claims to be endorsed by a couple of popular media outlets but there’s no evidence to back up these claims. This falsification of claims is rampant among scam websites as it aims to give the victims a false sense of legality and trust.
Conclusion:
I was really disappointed with the Cozy Luna makeup brush cleaner. I thought it would be a gentle and effective way to clean my brushes, but it fell short.
Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this cleaner. There are better options out there that actually work and are worth the money.
