  1. Their rebuttal email..

You received a transactional email from DraftKings regarding this past weekend’s golf tournament and the “Dead Heat” rule. This was inadvertently sent to you. The email was unrelated to and did not impact the security of your account on DraftKings. Please disregard that email.
    Thank you,

    My response…
I feel as if my security has been breached here. How does an email ‘inadvertently’ get sent to me who has downloaded the app but never used it? I simply forgot to delete it. I’m sure this ‘inadvertent’ list is comprised of inactive customers who don’t visit the app or have deleted it to suppress their gambling habits and urges. I’m sure your numbers skyrocketed minutes after this email went out.. but why at the expense of those who may have relapsed as a result? I thought this company took gambling addiction seriously.
