Equiwarm Pro Heater Review – Is It Legit or Scam?(2024)

By Samantha Jul20,2024

The Equiwarm Pro heater which is sold on equiwarmpro.co and try.equiwarmpro.co does not really work as advertised. If you’re thinking of buying the portable heater this 2024 here’s a breakdown of what you should know;

  • EquiWarm does not heat up the entire room. It only works best in a small space like cabin, workstation, etc.
  • It’s not a unique product – there are exact makes sold under different names by different online stores.
  • Equiwarm Pro Heater is sold for extremely high prices. Similar makes cost between $15 -$30 on Amazon.com, which is just a fraction of the price it’s sold for.
  • Returns and Refund is impossible.

Equiwarm Pro – What Is It?

The Equiwarm Pro Heater is a cordless  plug in home heater that is user-friendly and can be easily operated by anyone. It promises to use less energy, is cost-effective, heats up in under a minute, and is user-friendly. To make it work, you simply plug it in, adjust the intensity to your liking using the remote, and enjoy the warmth it provides.

Is Equiwarm Pro Heater a Scam?

We’ve classified the Equiwarm Pro heater as a scam as it does not really work as advertised. This product is sold with lots of lies, and has the following flaws;

Not Equipped to Heat Up a Room

Equiwarm Pro lacks the technicalities for heating up a room. It can only heat let’s say up to 5ft sq which is the size of a store and is not suitable for very large rooms or areas with high ceilings.

Fake Trust Score and Reviews

The Equiwarmpro website claims to have a TrustScore of 4.9 with 1,204 reviews. In reality, they have a TrustScore of 1.4, rated as Bad, with only 103 reviews on Trustpilot.com. Furthermore, reverse image search on the reviews on their websites show that the exact images have been used by other shady websites.

Fake Return Policy

The website claims if you’re not thrilled with your purchase, you can send it back within 30 days of getting it. However, upon contacting them for returns and refund, our request was ignored.

Dubious Electricity Bill Savings

Despite claims of being a money-saver, a 900W plug-in heater doesn’t work wonders on your electricity bill. The promise is too good to be true.

Questionable Half-Price Offer

Be wary of the flashy “50% Off discount” deal. Similar gadgets are available on eBay, Amazon.com, and Aliexpress for under £10. This proves the discount is just a marketing gimmick to make customers think they’re getting value for the price.

Precaution

Aside from receiving an ineffective heater, we do not recommend buying this product as it could expose customers to the following scams;

  • unauthorized charges on credit cards
  • Automatic VIP membership subscription – Victims get charged a monthly subscription fee for unwanted items such as online health magazines etc.
  • Malware infestation on customer’s device after visiting the fake website, which could lead to data exploitation, ransomware, e.t.c
  • Non-delivery of items purchased
