We’ve reasons to believe the Fubsta Skin Firming Rejuvenating Serum is not a genuine product. There are a lot of lies used to sell this skin care product.

Various websites selling this product claim it’s dermatologist recommended but there’s no proof anywhere showing it’s indeed vetted by dermatologists. Reputable skin care magazines like Glamour don’t recommend Fubsta Skin Firming cream.

Lacks FDA Approval

Browsing through the FDA approved list for cosmetic products, we discovered Fubsta Skin Firming Cream has not gone through the notification process of the FDA. The agency cannot assure their quality and safety. The use of such violative product may pose health risks to consumers. This may result to adverse reactions including, but not limited to, skin irritation, itchiness, anaphylactic shock and organ failure.

Fake Before and After Pictures

The impressive before and after pictures used to promote this product are not actually from real users. Reverse image search showed the images have been used by different skin care products in the past. The before and after pictures are just marketing gimmick and should not be relied on when making decision.

Is Fubsta.com a Scam?

For your financial safety, we do not recommend shopping from fubsta.com. The website has tell-tale signs of fraudulent online stores.

  • Recently created – Who.is (a website checker tool) show Fubsta.com was launched on May 2024 by an anonymous person who kept his information redacted for privacy.
  • Absence of Business Address – There’s no physical address mentioned on fubsta.com. Though the store creates an impression that it’s a UK based store its trademark registration details reveal it operates from China.
  • No active customer support – The website has just one means of contact – [email protected]. Interestingly, emails sent to the address were not replied.

Aside from receiving a fake skin care product, victims of this scam could be affected by the following frauds;

  • unauthorized charges on credit cards
  • Automatic VIP membership subscription – Victims get charged a monthly subscription fee for unwanted items such as online health magazines etc.
  • Malware infestation on customer’s device after visiting the fake website, which could lead to data exploitation, ransomware, e.t.c
  • Non-delivery of items purchased

What To Do If You Got Scammed

Cancel your credit card

Immediately call your financial provider and cancel your credit card. By so doing, the credit card details you used for your transaction would become null and void.

Request for a new card

After the old credit card has been cancelled, ask for a new card, it doesn’t cost much to get one.Your credit card issuer will issue you a new one with different numbers.

Report the Fraud To Relevant Authorities

Report the scam to relevant authorities and organizations. This includes:

  • Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3): If you are in the United States, you can file a complaint with the IC3 at https://www.ic3.gov/.
  • Your Local Consumer Protection Agency: Contact your local consumer protection agency or the equivalent regulatory body in your country.

  2. Do not buy this product it is a scam and they don’t want to refund. I purchased and was very upset by the false claims also by the complete scammed that they truly are it made my skin itch and they don’t want to refund and it’s nothing like what they say it does. Stay away

    1. How did you contact them to get a refund. I have no way of finding how to contact them. I went to the emails they listed but it gives you no information how to get a refund.
