The Genius Wave Is Another bait-and-switch Scam

By maria Jul14,2024

The Genius Wave is a scam and does not work. We came across ads all over social media promoting this $39 brain-boasting device and decided to investigate. Lots of websites are currently promoting this device and this has got a lot of people confused. But it’s just a trick to take your hard-earned money. Many of our readers reached out to us via mail to help find out if it is worth their money’s buck. Here’s all you need to know.

Genius Wave

Questionable Claims Made By The Genius Wave

The inventor of this product claims it can activate your memory, increase your focus, and make you luckier just by listening to the audio sound for seven seconds every day. Also to make it more believable, they convinced people that its proudly sponsored by NASA. Which is false of course.

Secondly, the scam claims that 19,389 Americans have benefitted from this product and stamped glowing customer reviews on their official website to prove a point. Those reviews are fake and have no relation to the actual testing of the product.

Wil Genius Wave Boast My Brain

Unfortunately, it won’t. While the ads and videos online about the Genius Wave sounded great, it is far from the truth. There is no scientific evidence to prove it works and when we headed over to legit websites like Trustpilot to find out what customers are saying, we found no reviews.

Is Genuis Wave A Scam

It’s a total scam. The inventor Dr James Rivers is not a real person and all the scientific claims made on different websites about the product are fake and unproven as well. There is no way a sound device can improve your brain’s health and function just by playing certain sounds. Besides no real customer have reported buying and using this product successfully as at the time of writing this article. We recommend you stay completely away from any website selling this headset.

What To Do If You Fall For The Genius Wave Scam

Inform Their Credit Card Company

If you provided your credit card details on this scam site, the first step you should take is calling your credit card company. They need to know that your card details have been compromised so as to closely monitor and prevent any unauthorized charges

Place a Credit Freeze or Fraud Alert

Fraud alert is sort of like a two-factor authentication process for accessing your credit, whereas a credit freeze blocks anyone from accessing your credit — until you remove it. The credit freeze is the best option for you, if you know you wouldn’t be using the credit card anytime soon.

Scan Their Device with a Malware Checker Tool

There’s a likelihood that your device has been infested by malware or spyware after visiting the spoofed website. Scanning your device with a malware removal tool will detect and remove any viruses, spyware, or other malicious programs.
