In this review, I’ll be sharing my experience, the pros and cons of this supplement and hopefully, help you decide if this supplement is worth it or just a waste of time and money.

My Experience Taking The Nello Supercalm Powdered Drink Milk
The main reason I bought this product apart from all its fancy claims was the fact that I wanted something that will help me feel less anxious and sleep better at night.
The instruction was to open it and pour the powder into an 8oz glass of water, stir and drink. on opening it, I got a whiff of a chemical-like smell which made skeptic, but I still went ahead to drink it.
I didn’t like the taste of it as it tasted too sweet but yet left a bad aftertaste in my mouth. There also wasn’t any change in my mood after taking it but I had a serious acid reflux for the rest of the day. I also felt extremely nauseous, and this not surprisingly increased my anxiety.
However, my sister took it and said it made her feel calmer and drowsy so I guess it works but just not for everyone.
Pros – What I LOVE About Nello Super calm Cortisol
Easy to make:
This product comes in to-go pouches that are pretty straight forward to make. All you need is a cup or water bottle with water, shake or stir well and you can then drink it.
Taste:
Most customer reviews praise this supplement for its delicious taste. It referred to as tasting like a “juice” by some reviewers.
Relaxant and sleep aid:
Some customer feedback praises this product for its relaxing properties and the aid it provides to help them sleep better and longer than usual.
Positive customer feedback:
I have been taking for a few week & I have noticed a different in my energy level and weight. Since using I do feel more awake and not as tired. I have an also lost about 5 pounds since using. I have also noticed it does help me sleep better. I haven’t been waking up in the middle of the night and have been sleeping 7-8 hours without waking up. At first the taste was okay but now I have kind of got sick of the taste. A variety pack of different flavors would be a good idea.
This glowing review from a customer may be the reason why I’ll try this supplement yet again.
Cons
Side effects:
The side effects of this supplement are pretty harsh and could really change the course of your day. Apart from the acute stomachache and nausea, having an acid reflux could be really painful.
Overpriced:
For the price, the supply should be more. It also tastes watered down if you use anything more than 8oz of water.
Packaging:
The packaging is pretty hard to open. Especially if you’re on the road or just not at home and have no access to a scissor or razors. Trying to open it with your teeth or hands makes the package tear and the powder spill everywhere. This waste is very frustrating.
Quality control:
Most of the packets comes half filled. This amount isn’t up to the written amount, and it makes one feel cheated. One ends up feeling like they were cheated off 20% of what they paid for.
Negative customer feedback:
I’d like to say that this product tastes absolutely incredible, BUT.. it made me feel absolutely horrible. I tried it two different times hoping it was other things making me feel bloated and grimey.. but it was definitely this product. Within a week of stopping it I dropped the water weight and felt like myself again.
I did email the company for advice and they didn’t even answer my question, and the email was like a solid three sentences. So lots of effort to resolve my issue.
Unfortunately I still have a ton left, and these aren’t cheap.. so don’t do a subscribe and pay incase you run into the same issue. Try it for a few weeks first. This could entirely be just my body’s reaction, but I wanted to leave the review incase this was someone else’s experience as well.
Some customers feedback about this product haven’t been encouraging to say the least.
Misleading advertisement:
The products advertisement claims that one should take one packet a day but on receiving the product, you’re instructed to take two packets per day. In a packet of 20, each batch only lasts for 10 days.
Conclusion:
In conclusion, despite the Nello Supercalm giving me nothing but side effects, it did work for my sister and a host of other customers. It is advisable to consult your healthcare practitioner first in order to know if this product is safe for your consumption.
