Aberclothes.com is an online boutique that sells dresses, tops, shoes and accessories for discount prices.The online store is trending because of its discount sale. However, from our investigations, it isn’t a legitimate online store.

There are reports of delivery of inferior clothing which look different from what is shown on the store (difference in texture, color, design or sizing). A classic case of bait and switch scam. In some instances, customers were scammed by non-delivery of items. Aberclothes failed to send a confirmation email acknowledging the purchase and a tracking info.

Questionable Product Quality

The products displayed on aberclothes.com do not belong to the brand. The images were gotten from reputable fashion stores then the website makes a cheap imitation. The product delivered are always below par, of poor design, sizing and texture.

On the website, they state a 14 days return policy, but the condition is unfavorable. Customers have to send the item to a return address in China. Aberclothes.com do not offer a return label so customers have to pay exorbitant return shipping fee to China.

Data gathered on who.is (a domain registrar) revealed Aberclothes.com was registered and launched in August 2024. This indicates the store hasn’t been functioning for a long time so it has no reputation to protect.

Poor Customer Support

Mails sent to the business email address ‘[email protected]‘ do not receive timely feedback. There’s no other means to contact the store. No telephone number or address to write to. This makes communication extremely difficult.

Copied Legal Pages

The content on the website are generic. The About Us, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy have been copied. While this act doesn’t indicate it’s a fraudulent store, legitimate business always source and provide their own legal pages in order to protect both the business and customers right.

No Social Media Presence

Aberclothes doesn’t have an active social media presence in this time when social media marketing is king.

  • Your Local Consumer Protection Agency: Contact your local consumer protection agency or the equivalent regulatory body in your country.
  • Better Business Bureau (BBB): File a complaint with the BBB if the online store is based in the United States.
