The Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner was aggressively advertised on my social platforms, and I decided to give it a try, after all, I was long overdue for a new vacuum cleaner. I bought it about three months ago and I am ready to share my experience with this product.
This review will tell you all you need to know about this product. Whether it is as good as claimed or another waste of resources.
All to know about the Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner
The brand behind the Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner has made many claims about its functionality and durability and it is sold for £179.00 GBP. This brand claims a lot of impressive factors about their product.
These claims include:
- Advanced Suction: 13,000 – 27,000 PA
- Automatic Speed Control: Adjusts suction power for optimal cleaning on various floor types
- Long Battery Life: Up to 50 minutes
- Quiet Operation: 53 dB
- Efficient Filtration: HEPA filter for advanced dust and allergen capture
- Flexible Brush Head: 180° swivel for easy maneuverability
- Convenient Design: Wall-mountable and self-charging
While these claims seem impressive, the only thing that I can personally vouch from among these claims is the fact that it is indeed wall mountable and has a sleek design. My personal experience with this product has led me to believe that it is just a drop-shipping sham.
My experience with Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner
Product quality: The overall quality of this product is inferior. Feels like it was made with subpar material and looks quite cheap.
Battery run time: The claim that the battery could last for 50minutes was a gross exaggeration. It lasted under 30 minutes each time I used it.
Suction: This product continuously failed to pick up regular trash on my rugs while it was on the highest suction. For a product that claims a suction strength of 13,000 to 27,000 PA, this was a huge let down.
Flexibility: There was absolutely nothing flexible about this vacuum cleaner. The “flexible brush head” was in fact not one bit flexible. It was always a struggle using it to clean corners.
Noise issue: This product wasn’t as quiet as claimed. If you’re looking at buying this with the intention of it not making noise, then I suggest you keep looking.
Refund: I tried to return my unit for a refund as it was grossly underperforming but they kept asking for video evidence. When I managed to make some videos that were convincing enough, I was told to ship it to an obscure location in China with me paying for the cost of shipping.
Red flags of the Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner
Reviews: Most customer reviews claimed that their unit was defective with flawed batteries and motors. They also claim a 5-star rating on Trustpilot, but a search of this product comes up empty.
Lack of online presence: I was unable to find any other website that sold this product. It was only sold on the Ottena.uk website.
Similarity to other scam products: The “Hypersonic pro” in the products name is similar to other scam products. They typically use buzzwords like “hypersonic” and “advanced technology” to sound innovative.
Brand information: I couldn’t find any information on the Ottena brand, which suggests it might be a fake or non-existent company.
No contact address: The absence of any physical address makes this brand suspicious. There is limited to no information about the company behind this product. There is only an email address and customers complain that their messages are being ignored.

Conclusion
My experience with the Ottena Hypersonics Pro Vacuum Cleaner was abysmal at best and I won’t be recommending for anyone that intends to use it as a daily vacuum cleaner or for deep cleaning. I recommend trying other brands that have a better reputation, company details and address and independent reviews on Amazon and Trustpilot.
