Soothie Mouthpiece is getting a lot of attention online because many people say it’s helped them stop snoring. It promises to tackle snoring and sleep apnea. The truth is I’ve tried lots of similar devices but they didn’t live up to expectations.
I came across this product while looking for a cheap yet effective solution to stop snoring. Here is my review after use.
About The Soothie Mouthpiece
The Soothie mouthpiece helps stop snoring by moving your jaw forward gently. It’s comfy to wear and lets you move your mouth naturally while you sleep. It fits everyone and lasts up to six months before needing a replacement
My Experience Using The Soothie Mouthpiece
I got this product from Amazon, wished I hadn’t. If you’re thinking of trying this, order it straight from the website. I gave it a shot, but after five nights, it was uncomfortable and I even took it out in my sleep. Got sores from the rough edges on my gums.
This mouthpiece started falling apart on its own about a week after using it. Soothie is now saying I’m at fault for their product being defective saying I messed up the boiling process. What do they do, they offer me a 20% discount for another one! I ask for a refund and now they are offering me another one free of charge.
Does Soothie Mouthpiece Stop Sleep Apena
No, After trying the Soothie Mouthpiece, I ended up with worse snoring, a headache, and serious pain in my mouth.
Customer Reviews

Reasons To Avoid This Mouthpiece
Deceptive Marketing
Though Soothie mouthpiece claims to be a UK-based product, returning it requires shipping to China at your own expense. The mouthpiece itself feels like cheap rubber and often falls out during sleep.
Fake Reviews
The company is known for posting fake reviews, even using an ENT surgeon’s image under a fake name. This product isn’t trustworthy. Plus, the website claims to have “over 20,000 happy sleepers,” but the reviews on Amazon and Trustpilot say the opposite.
Untrustworthy website
When I checked out thesoothie.com, I noticed it was only registered in February 2, 2024 and set to expire February 2, 2025. Legit businesses usually secure their domains for longer.
Too Good to Be True Price
The Soothie mouthpiece is priced at £30.50, down from £74.00, which seemed like a great discount. But I’ve learned that when a price drops too much, it could be a sign that something’s not right.
How To Use
- Before bedtime, make sure the mouthpiece feels comfy in your mouth.
- It’s flexible, so your jaw can move normally while you sleep.
- After each use, clean it with a toothbrush and mild soap, then rinse with water.
Conclusions
Overall, I don’t like Soothie Mouthpiece because I can see how it may not be a great option for lots of people. It’s not going to solve your sleep apena problems nor will it help you. The best solution is to visit a doctor if you have sleep apena problems.
