Shady behavior: Most customers complain that after-purchase refunds are impossible to process and the cost of any return is to be shouldered by the customer. This is a means to maximize their profits at the expense of their customers. No legitimate business will do this.
Inferior and cheap product: Customers complained that this product hangs out from the socket, feels too lightweight, and generally looks like a piece of toy This isn’t surprising as these are the same products being sold on stores like Alibaba for $4-$10 and rebranded by this brand and sold at an exorbitant price.
